What's wrong with people lately. They have the "I have an attitude problem. Don't get on my nerves." written on their forehead is it? Especially sales people. I'm not saying all but just emphasisng on certain people that we came across with. About 2 or 3 days before uncle left to Vancouver, his family together with mom, sis, and I went to Sushi King in Midvalley cause my cousin just loved sushi so much. As we enter the service was still acceptable. Halfway through our meal, we called for the waitress to refill our drinks but it took them so long and there are a few who actually kind of ignored us. Like wtf man. Is this the kind of service we should be getting when we pay you people the money? When my uncle went to make the payment they give problems again. That was the first.
Then, last Saturday my mom and I went to OU with the same cousin again and again she want to eat in Sushi King so we just brought her there since they were leaving to Vancouver to join my uncle tomorrow. This time the service was good. I would say it's good cause at least the girl who served us was friendly. The problem arised during the payment AGAIN. The bill came up to 90 something and I presented my Jusco card since she said there is 10% discount for spending RM60 and above. After that, she ask if we want to take the ice cream for just RM2. I guess she asked that so to round up our bill. Then I ask "Is it free?" and the cashier ask another girl which I suppose is the service leader if I'm not mistaken and then she replied "YES!" (with a smile)
So, we took one of it. After we paid, my mom (who has a habit of checking if we paid the correct amount) and I check the calculation. I even had my calculator with me so there is no way we will be wrong. When we were checking we realised that she included the price of the ice cream into our bill then only deduct the 10% discount which we suppose to get even without the ice cream as we had already spent RM60 and above. The net payment we paid and suppose to pay differ about 8 bucks. So we went in and ask the cashier why did she include the ice cream price in when she earlier said that she is giving us for free.
Then, we ask her to recalculate the figures. She said it's the same. We then tell her off that she should not add in the price AT ALL if it's free and she said it's the same because the 10% discount is paid for the ice cream. I mean wtf AGAIN!!! Do you know that 10% discount and free is two different thing? I bet you don't cause you don't get what on earth that my mom and I was telling you. She some more got the guts to ask us
"So HOW?"
How what? Refund us the 8 bucks la. I said you should take out from your pocket cause it's your bloody fault for saying it's free not us. When I was in Garden, 1U with my friends, the waiter also did a mistake and refunded us and it was more than 8 bucks. My mom was so pissed at her and she said out loud "Nevermind! I'll pay for the ice cream and I won't want the refund BUT I'm not going to any Sushi King EVER again!!!" and we just walk off. My cousin who is ONLY 13 years old also can do the calculation why can't that cashier do such simple one. You people just give yourself a bad reputation and loss a customer at the same time. I rather buy sushi from Jusco than to eat in Sushi King. argghhh
