Tired laa

Saturday went gym with Mun Ya. Chloe couldn't make it cause she had to look after her cousin in the hospital. Anyway, mom drove so reached there around 10.50 a.m..We wanted to attend the Hot Yoga class at 11 a.m. but when we go there the class started already so we decided to go for the 3rd quarter relaunching classes. We did not go for the 1st and 2nd class which is the Body Balance and Body Combat. We started with the 3rd class which is Body Pump. This class is a so-called weight lifting class. We went in, settle down, and waited for the class to start. The instructor was Alex, Julian, and 1 more guy (can't remember his name). We did lifting and all. Still fine after one hour. Continued with the 4th class which is RPM. RPM is the cycling class which was help in the Spinning Studio. I sat right behind and Mun Ya was in front of me. 1st 15 minutes already sweat like mad. So tiring, used up so much energy. Fine..still tahan..then went for the 5th class which is Body Step. This is more to body movements. After each step our sweat all flowing like crazy. Everyone's shirt was all wet. If we squeeze, I'm sure there's lots of stinking water. LOL!. Continue till the end although damn tired and muscles was aching. So after Body Step ended, I told Mun Ya I can't go on any longer for the rest of the classes. There was Body Jam and Body Attack left. So we just look from outside of the studio. Quite interesting. Looked for awhile then I went to take my bath and waited for my mom to come. Sent Mun Ya home and went back our own house. We got our goodie bags for attending 3 classes though..Sunday muscles started to ache till today still damn gao pain especially walking up and down the stairs. OMG!!
